Scan head is specially designed for using with F-theta lens. lt focuses the laser beam at maximum quality on any position within the designed working area. The scan head is used to deflect a laser beam in the X and y direction and to focus the beam onto the working plane with an f-theta lens fitted to the beam exit hole. The deflection angles can be precisely adjusted by controlling the positions of the galvanometers.
